"Oh dear!"

Never in our life we have spent this amount of money per night to be in a hotel with such a crowd. Loud, people with no respect, rude, drunks. Low level. How can this be possible?Do they arrive with special packages? We really wonder. During our stay, the alarm went off at night because of a stupid drunk. The hotel could not stop the alarm thus worried people and children were gathering frustrated at the lobby. The rooms were fine and clean, the food was lovely. But we would never come back because of the crowd. And we do know that the hotel is not responsible about the type of guests it attracts, or not?

"Excellent experience at Riu Caribe Cancun"

We had a wonderful time at Riu Caribe in Cancun! Located right on the beach, three pools, super clean resort with excellent variety of restaurants and amazing staff. Everyone bent over backwards to make our experience the best possible. Antonio, one of the servers in the buffet was the highlight of our day. His upbeat attitude started our day off on a positive note. The pools were superb but could have been a bit cooler though quite comfortable. The rooms are spacious and modern with excellent cleaning staff. They must have cleaned the common areas 3 times a day. Bar and serving staff in the restaurants were top notch. Washrooms were spotless. The entertainment parties and show were over the top. We were there for a wedding, and the set up was beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this resort.
