I’ve stayed in many hotels and beautiful places before but something about Riu Caribe made me want to return. Maybe it’s the way the whole resort feels. There is something very special abojt waking up here knowing that you will be taken care of 24/7 by all the wonderful caring members of the hotel. Everything here is wonderful and inviting. The staff are so genuinely lovely not just professionally polite but warm caring the way they remember you. That is what makes the Riu Caribe memorable. I felt incredibly happy here with my niece and so very safe. I was so sad to leave and this is the best compliment you can give to any hotel. Thank you Pablo and Nacho for remembering me from the previous year and for always being on hand throughout my stay. Thank you Andrea from guest relations for organising a room change which was so very appreciated.
