"Good hotel, very well located"
My first time at this all-inclusive hotel with a very good location, easy to get around the entire hotel zone by public transport, it is next to Playa Langosta, it is the area with the calmest beaches and free of sargassum, very good service from all the staff and waiters in the dining room, if you like to party this is your hotel, the famous Riu Parties are held at this hotel, so there is no need to travel for those super parties, it has several pools and an exclusive beach for the hotel and there is entertainment for all tastes. I liked it a lot. I will return.
"Terrible service"
Terrible experience yesterday evening with the manager on duty; a person at the spot bar approached me and verbally assaulted me, we had a fight in which I defended myself. I was drunk and they kicked me out of the hotel at 2:00 am with my things; I perfectly understand that your policies stipulate that in those types of situations you are expelled from the hotel, but having an open bar 24 hours a day, of course these situations occur, but you did not care about putting the integrity of my companion and me at risk by exposing us at that time without knowing where to go or knowing Cancun at all. I asked you to allow me to leave the next day at 7:00 am and I was not allowed; you did not care at all about what happened outside the place. It is worth mentioning that the manager cut my arm with scissors because he forcefully removed my wristband.
