Our experience was horrible. The hotel was extremely dirty with food and drinks all over the pool area. The food was also not good. Stale chips and cheese at Pepe’s. Bad tacos. Overall bad experience

This time 28 nights!! We absolutely love this Resort…so gutted when Tui stopped flying to Puerto Vallarta! It’s such a drama to get here but worth it! The lovely Nayeli gave us a free room upgrade made the long journey worthwhile!!
