For us, he was one of the essential members and a real main character of the entertainment team. His positive energy, cheerful personality, and genuine smile made every day more enjoyable. He was always helpful, welcoming, and ready to make sure everyone was having a great time. His professionalism and excellent service really stood out to us. You can clearly see how passionate he is about entertaining and connecting with guests. He brings such a wonderful atmosphere wherever he goes. Thank you, Suleimane ❤️

We spent two weeks here and had a really enjoyable holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and willing to help. The beautiful lobby makes a huge impression – it is large, spacious and every detail has been carefully thought through. The hotel has been renovated and you can see it everywhere. The rooms are OK. The only thing missing is a power socket in the bathroom, for example for an electric toothbrush. However, keep in mind that a standard room may have a view of the neighbouring hotel, the street or the car park. When we arrived, we were given a room in the main building, right next to the lift and above the entertainment hall. It was very noisy and the view was of the car park. We asked to change rooms and were given one in a side wing. It was much quieter and also had a side view of the ocean. The food was good, with plenty of seafood, local dishes and freshly squeezed juices. The hotel is very well organised when it comes to food and drinks. There are several restaurants and bars, and there were practically no queues at the pool bars. The staff were friendly everywhere and the hotel was very clean. The beach is separated from the hotel by a promenade. The hotel beach area is separated by ropes from the local beachgoers. Unfortunately, there is no bar on the beach. The hotel is located right by the main promenade, so it is easy to walk around and explore the city. Everything would have been great if it wasn't for the sun loungers. If you like to sleep in and still want to have a sun lounger by the pool, this may not be the hotel for you. At 7:20 a.m., around 80% of the loungers were already “reserved” with towels. And remember, this was mid-September – at 7:00 a.m. it was still quite dark, so some people were reserving their loungers before sunrise. After breakfast, you could still find individual loungers, but usually without parasols and in full sun. Officially, reserving loungers is not allowed, but nobody seems to care. There was also some strange situation with the parasols – staff would take them from some guests and give them to others. Despite this, I would recommend the hotel. I would also definitely recommend Morocco. One more thing: the journey. We flew with Enter Air and I would definitely not recommend it. It was cramped, almost everything was available at an extra charge, and there wasn't even a way to charge your phone. On top of that, we had to listen to advertisements for perfumes, creams, vodka, cigarettes, etc. for a large part of the flight. The journey with Enter Air was simply exhausting. I would never choose this airline for a private trip. The journey is also part of the holiday. I am choosing a 5-star hotel, but for the journey I get something that feels more like 2-star travel. I don't think this is fair when booking a package holiday with TUI.
