What an Amazing Holiday!!!! The Hotel, the Staff, the Food cannot be beat. If you have booked this Hotel, and then read the reviews which highlight elements of negativity - DONT WORRY You will always have the odd “Moaning Minnie” whose Sun Bed was slightly uncomfortable or pillow slightly lumpy, but the honest truth is this Hotel is amazing. From the moment you arrive you are blown away by the luxurious approach. You will have seen it on YouTube or TikTok, but in person it is something else. From the moment you walk in the Staff make you feel special and nothing is too much trouble: ROOMS - Amazing, So Clean, Luxurious and Impressive. Just a pointer - Look after the Cleaner and Mini Bar Gentleman, a 20 MAD tip every other day is so appreciated by them. And you will then find Beer in your Mini Bar. FOOD - A brilliant choice of food, in all Restaurants and Eating places. Don’t get me wrong, if you are the type of person who wants you plate stacked a foot high, and mix your Pizza and Pasta, with your Tagine and Stew, then you may soon run out of choice, or even think about having a Salad to which there is also a brilliant choice. POOL AND SUN BEDS - Beautiful and Stunning, regularly cleaned by the Pool Lads, with more than enough Beds to go around. If you can’t get a bed in a specific area you want, then get up earlier. But if you don’t mind trying different areas of the Pool, then you will have No Problem even if you get up at 10am, 12 noon or 2pm. Pool Lads, Entertainment Team all work so hard and can’t do enough to ensure you have a great stay. BARS AND BAR STAFF - With the Drinks there is No Problem, Beer is fine, Cocktails an OK choice, Mixers No Issue. And if it’s not exactly to your taste or strength, the Bar Staff will only be to accommodating to sort this for you. Engage with the Bar Staff, they are great lovely people, and if they bring Drinks to your Seats, be appreciative and offer a 20 MAD Tip, won’t break the bank, and you will reap the benifit. IN SUMMARY - I have gone on a bit, didn’t know what to expect, was hoping for the best, BUT this Hotel and Holiday has exceeded expectations. Remember Tipping is Customary and Appreciated. The Staff all work extremely hard to make your stay the best possible, so treat them with some respect. Will we return again - HELL YEAH Will you have a Great Time - Without Doubt

We have literally just returned from this hotel on the 24th July. We absolutely loved it after being recommended by my work colleague who had stayed there last year and again returned at the beginning of July. From the airport transfer which was excellent, and only took 50 mins, we were collected in a air conditioned mini bus which accommodated us and another couple. Our first impressions of the hotel from the front, and once we stepped inside, and checked into Reception didn't disappoint. The rooms generally are not ready to check in until 3.00pm, however, we arrived about 12.00, grabbed a drink and had some lunch and then Reception WhatsApp you when your room is ready, ours was about 2.00pm. We had two ground floor bedrooms next to each other for our family and again was so impressed, they are huge and that was a standard room. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were made beautiful every day (a different design), we did mention to the housekeeper and tip her. Our mini bar was stocked most days with water and soft drinks. We found the food to be superb every day and plenty of choice including the three a La Carte Restaurants that we also ate in. The staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you, we made friends with a lovely waiter and barman who we saw most days and were such a laugh. The activities staff are excellent too and were not pushy to join in and yes, my husband and I did take part in the Stretch/Pilates class most days and I also joined in with the water aerobics one day. My son used the gym most days and had good equipment and very clean. Yes there are stray cats roaming around the complex but I find you get this in most countries and is difficult to keep them out and being an animal lover myself was not a problem, I just didn't stroke them. The only comment I would like to make is some of the sunbeds look tired and some of the parasole's are broken, so too are some of the roofs on the permanent double sunbed structures and could do with replacing. Overall I think it is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, very clean and spacious, wonderful staff and will definiately return hopefully in the not too distant future.
