I appreciated very much the quite of the environment. All the services are high class, maybe the hallways of the floors need a bit more attention. They are very basic conpare to restaurants, reception

From arriving to this hotel to leaving we were treated with so much care and the staff could not do enough for you. They are so professional in everything they do and always go the extra mile to make your stay a very happy one. The food is fantastic and the rooms are fantastic. We had a sea view with the wonderful Maspalomas Dunes on show for 7 days. We didn’t go to the evening entertainment but from what we could hear from the balcony the quality was very good as well. A special mention to Mateo in the restaurant who was absolutely brilliant with all the guests, but every member of staff always greeted us with a smile and are a credit to RIU.
