"Nice Hotel Base to Explore Tenerife"
In general, we had a very good experience staying at this hotel. I would give it 4.5 stars if that were an option, as explained below. Pros: - Room was as expected for this level hotel - breakfast buffet with large variety and overall good food quality - good location with quick highway access and several food options within walking distance -free parking (but see below) Cons: - primary parking lot is a bumpy, unpaved dirt lot shared with a church and various campers. It can fill up. Street parking also an option though space is limited. - in-room safe not free to use (this is ludicrous) - no conditioner or body lotion in room - pool towels have seen better days
"Relaxing"
I believe that this was our 5th stay at this Hotel. We have found it to be very relaxing and quiet. The location is ideal for the Botanical Gardens and the hotel is in a residential area. There is lots to see if you are able to walk without problems. They do a curtsey bus to Puerto de la Cruz. Plenty to choose from when it comes to meals. I have tried various small amounts of different things just to see if I like them so as not to waste if it wasn't to my taste. Entertainment is very low key and it depends on what you like. Staff very friendly and Reception have good knowledge and very helpful. When we first started to come to this Hotel we were wary as they have children, but that hasn't been a problem. Rooms are very clean and all the area's throughout the Hotel. Pool area you will see this being wiped down after various people get out of the pool to keep the tiles around from being over wet and slippery so other people can get about without being slipping. We have enjoyed coming here and we have now arranged to go again in December.
