Hotel Riu Palace Bavaro

This was my second time visiting this resort to celebrate my birthday, and once again, I had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in process was quick, our room was ready in no time, and the food throughout our stay was absolutely delicious! A special shoutout to Johandy, and Francisco at the Naiboa Bar, who made every single day so much fun and truly unforgettable! Their energy, kindness, and amazing service made our vacation even more special. I also want to recognize Carlitos at the buffet. He was actually our waiter two years ago during our first visit, and seeing him again was such a wonderful surprise! Once again, he went above and beyond, providing outstanding service and making us feel like family. People like him are one of the reasons I love coming back to this resort! There are just a few small things I would love to see improved. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, and I was hoping for a birthday room decoration like the one I received during my previous visit two years ago. That little touch would have made my birthday even more special. I also really enjoyed the room service, although I would love to see a few more breakfast options, such as omelets or toast. But honestly, these are just minor suggestions because overall, we had an incredible time! The food, the atmosphere, the staff, and the entire experience were wonderful. Even if I don’t return for another two or three years, this will always be a resort I highly recommend. Thank you for another unforgettable birthday vacation! ❤️🌴
