"Lovely hotel in a beautiful place"

Our stay at Riu Palace Jandia was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning ocean views and direct access to a wonderful sandy beach. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it an ideal place to unwind. While the hotel has just one swimming pool and a relatively small gym, both facilities were well maintained. There were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool, regardless of the time of day, which made relaxing especially easy. Guests should note that sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available for an additional charge, as they are not operated by the hotel. The food was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options available every day. The restaurants and bars were excellent and contributed greatly to the overall holiday experience. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay – friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The service was consistently of a high standard, and we particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by all members of the team. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. We would happily return in the future and would highly recommend Riu Palace Jandia to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a beautiful location

The hotel and all its staff are fantastic. To improve, starting at 6:00 PM, the relaxation of the sunbed area is disrupted because they begin to collect them, making a lot of noise and making you feel uncomfortable, even though they can be used until 7:00 PM. Another thing to improve is the lack of another bar with a terrace and sea views for the afternoon with music and a chill-out atmosphere to enjoy the wonderful views of the hotel. The staff is truly amazing, always willing to please the customer. The Sky restaurant is spectacular, and the buffet food is wonderful. A hotel to return to. For a Spaniard, the downside is that it is invaded by German tourists.
