This truly is a lovely hotel with friendly staff who work so hard, however, I have one thing and one thing only to gripe about, and that is the hot food served in the buffet restaurant, because hot it was not, at best most were lukewarm, and at worst when I am in there 5 minutes after opening and the fish that i had was warm as were the vegetables, apart from the potato's which were stone cold. It's a 4 star hotel that lets itself down with a major disappointment.
"Another amazing stay"
Another thoroughly enjoyable stay at this amazing place. The staff, service, atmosphere, facilities, and cleanliness were all first class. The choice and quality of food are consistently excellent, and the team always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a fantastic experience. Just two minor gripes. Firstly, it would be great if complimentary bottled water were provided in the room each day. It costs very little but would be a welcome touch. Secondly, the sunbed situation can be frustrating. On one day, we struggled to find anywhere to relax in the shade. I still don't understand why some guests reserve sunbeds with towels at 7am and then barely use them throughout the day. I was pleased to see that the room safe is now free, so thank you for listening to guest feedback. Even with these two minor points, I would happily return time and time again. I also have to mention the absolutely amazing White and Neon Parties. You really get these events right and they are always a highlight of the stay. Thank you for yet another fantastic experience.
