"Scammers!"

Scammers! Our toilet made loud sounds since we got there. We thought nothing of it as it is an older property. That is until the back of the toilet broke. My husband is not a big man so it was shocking but the hotel is trying to tell him that it was excessive force on his and and are trying to charge him $600 USD. They are scammers

"Relaxing Stay in Jamaica"

Our first RIU Ocho Ríos stay, but it won’t be our last. Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a Gardenview room as we wanted to be sure of a quiet stay. It was perfect. Our Room Stewart Tori Ann made us feel welcome with a beautiful towel swan on our bed. Reception was great and helpful with the App used to book reservations.
