"Family Reunion 2026 at the Riu Ocho Rios"

We had our first family reunion at the Riu in Ocho Rios. It was awesome and we had a lot of fun connecting with family. The staff was friendly and approachable, I think I only encountered one sour face on the buffet line in the St Anns room.. And yes I told her, I dont recall seeing her name tag.. Entertainment coordinator Britney was pretty cool and engaging. I must say the entertainment was first class.. I didn't care too much for the rock station night, but I understand you have to cater to everyone.. The neon party was lit, I didn't mind the Michael Jackson show. The Kulinarium to me was the best a la carte restaurant. The beach was lovely, didn't go into the pools. Pepes pool grill was lit. The hamburgers and the jerk chicken is to die for. I didn't like the steakhouse at all. Piacenza was okay. For some reason the breakfast tasted different when compared to the regular buffet.. Not sure why, but I preferred St Anns buffet for breakfast. The grounds are immaculate. Elecia at the front desk was very pleasant..Housekeeper Kerone was pleasant as well. The bellman that took my stuff down was pleasant, sorry I can't remember his name. Overall experience was good..

"Jamaica 2026"

Location 10/10. Staff was helpful and responsive to any requests we had. Atmosphere was great anywhere we went. Pools, waterpark, restaurants/buffet and the stage (nightly music and performances). Beach was beautiful as well. Definitely recommend staying here!
