We had a wonderful stay at RIU. The reception team and all the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the room upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room, which made our experience even better. A special mention to Axel, who was absolutely amazing. He was extremely friendly, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His excellent service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
