Beautiful property with super staff!! Two small flaws were the shower in the room, perhaps because we were on the top floor, but the water came out with very little pressure and it was impossible to take a refreshing shower as I like, and the fact that the cleaning ladies' carts start very early, at 6 in the morning, going back and forth in the hallways and often woke us up. For the rest, a vacation to remember!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at RIU Jambo, a beautiful, welcoming and well-organized resort, with well-maintained facilities and staff who were always friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the Panzotto restaurant, which we highly recommend: excellent food, delicious dishes and impeccable service. Our heartfelt thanks go especially to Simon, the dining-room coordinator, and Jackson, who stood out for their professionalism, friendliness and genuine care for guests. Their smiles and helpful attitude made our dinners even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return!
