"Little disappointing for a 5 star RIU"

It’s a nice well presented hotel with beautiful gardens. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Turn down service at night seamed to happen irregular, ask for this daily and no improvement. Food lots of choice some hot dishes cold! After a week it’s too much the same thing. All of our group was stomach ill !! Staff didn’t seam happy throughout the hotel with one guy around the pool ( green trim uniform) named Carlos was extremely rude to us .Cocktails served with a daily special was very nice. Children club was poor, after spending 30 mins in the kids room, staff member never talked to me or my granddaughter, wasn’t entertaining other children just playing on her phone. Visited next door hotel Drummer Rui and seamed more children Friendly
