"Good Value. Some Food Hiccups."
Great location on the beach. There's a large staff always cleaning something and the housekeeping was on point. Great service from the hardworking bartenders throughout the property. Of the restaurants I tried most were good, one was outstanding and one was very disappointing. Had breakfast and lunch at the buffet and both had a wide selection and was good. Service was a little spotty if you sat outside. Nirvana was an Asian Buffet that was pretty good, but missing the one menu item that I was most looking forward to and the staff seemed to not know anything about it. Kulinarium was the worst. Guy at the door was rude and the waiters needed to be flagged down for everything. On top of that. the food was below average. Ill Gusto was the star. Great service, nice hot and cold appetizer bar and the cooked -to-order entree was perfectly done. Overall, I was happy with the value.

Everything is excellent, there should just be more party events during the week because in the time we were there we didn't experience it, but despite all that it is a great hotel and very beautiful, especially the service and all the people who work there, everyone very attentive and for whatever is needed, the rooms very comfortable and pleasant, I liked it a lot
