o No help with luggage offered o To move between the two buildings there is no elevator. One must climb many steep stairs. Certainly not for the mobility impaired or elderly and should be clearly indicated on website o Two of the three pools tiny; larger pool full of screaming kids o Pool sun beds reserved with towels and personal items by 7am despite rules not to do so or items removed after two hours. If you get to the pool by 10am there are no sun beds or place to sit available. Complaint to pool staff goes ignored o Staff reported that hotel not issued beach license hence no sunbeds or umbrellas on beach o Beach towel service good; however, handed ripped and unacceptable towel o Handed satisfaction questionnaire when eating dinner; intrusive and manipulative o Buffet acceptable. Food at the two restaurants with very few customers felt like doctored up buffet food o In summary, feels like an overpriced children’s summer camp

We spent a very pleasant week. The quality of the food in the restaurants is excellent and the kindness of the staff is unparalleled. Spotless hotel, pleasant evening entertainment. The only downside is the lack of a beach with facilities. The sea can be easily reached on foot and is beautiful, but it does not have umbrellas and lounge chairs.
