"A little disappointed"
A 10-day stay in a ground-floor apartment with a large terrace. Relatively quiet. Very good location. The meals were exceptionally good. The waiters in the dining room were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no dress code for dinner. The poolside staff were very friendly and helpful. The male receptionists were a bit less friendly. I recommend the hotel, but the quality of service is worse than it was 10 years ago. Despite the predominance of German-speaking guests, not everyone is necessarily willing to speak German. Conversing in German, even though the guest speaks English, is a bit rude.
"Yet another excellent stay"
Yet another excellent stay at this one of my most favourite hotels. I cannot speak to highly of all the staff they go out of the way to make you feel at home. We find the location convenient with taxis just outside the front entrance. We have returned because of the manager Marcia and the team to many to name individually which is one of the main reasons for our regular visits. I would recommend this RIU hotel highly.
