"Disappointing"
Unfortunately i can not give this hotel a good review. We had problems with our air conditioner which we asked for someone to come and fix a number of times. They never managed to fix it so the room was very warm. The food was very repetitive and average. The "special restaurants that you needed to book was difficult as we were only there for 5 days. You had to book them very late at night to get a reservation. The people on the beach become annoying as they are always trying to sell you an activity even though the hotel has security the minute you go near the water they come to you.

We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Riu Jambo! ❤️ Everything was perfect – the hotel, the food, the beautiful surroundings and, above all, the excellent service. The staff were always friendly, helpful and welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mosses from the Maisha restaurant for his kindness, warm smile and outstanding service. He made our meals even more enjoyable and left us with lovely memories. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this beautiful hotel. We highly recommend Riu Jambo to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with fantastic service and wonderful people. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday in Zanzibar!
