"Disappointment"

The first time I stayed in an adult-only hotel, I had a completely different expectation! The hotel in general is good but there were some things I didn't like! Food, could improve mainly small lunches. Many Americans consume drugs during the day in various areas of the hotel such as large parties at the bar/piscine where no one else has a chance to enter ☰ which is noticeable to everyone, unfortunate, such as vendors of various drugs outside the hotel that constantly bother us. Many alcoholic guests in the hallways of the hotel. The staff in general, show little sympathy with the guests. I have been to several Riu’S and this was without a doubt the least I liked, I will not return to this hotel.

"Good experience"

Excellent staff, especially Rodolfo whose kindness and professionalism made our stay more pleasant. Room was comfortable. Food was good. Place was cleaned and attractive.
