Regarding the entertainment service, it is excellent; the service in the restaurants not so much because the waiters are very focused on those who tip when it shouldn't be like that. Generally, we served ourselves drinks because they don't attend to you if you don't tip. The cleaning was bad; out of 9 days, they only tidied the room 5 times, there are 4 days they didn't tidy it. Several common-use facilities were broken and even some bathrooms had small cockroaches, but that must be due to the number of people and people are dirty. Regarding the restaurants that are not by reservation or thematic, meals and places need to be better distributed because long lines always formed for proteins and there were always shortages of avocado, for example, because everyone would rush. Later, parties and entertainment were excellent, there's no beating it; I consider it one of the best hotels. In summary, if you are between 18 and 28 years old, it is an excellent 6-star hotel because at that age you don't pay as much attention to these things; but there are also older people who travel just because they don't want to be with children and these things weigh heavily: missing cleaning, minibar supplies that aren't restocked, meager food with a lack of options, waiters only focused on the tip when one has already paid for everything in the all-inclusive. A bit of logistics is missing for the bars so people don't crowd and don't have to wait 10 minutes on the clock standing there trying to catch the bartender's eye so they attend to you. Advice: travel with 100 dollars more in 1-dollar bills; it's not an expense, it's a saving on all these problems: cleaning, waiters, bartenders, etc.

My stay was very pleasant in general; I must highlight the excellent attention of Dr. Mota, RoKy, the receptionist at the American Country restaurant, and Hector, the bartender at the Aguamarina bar. I highlight them from the rest of the staff because, in general, they are quite unpleasant and rude, as they argue among themselves, shout, and we as customers shouldn't have to hear their arguments. We also heard bad comments from them about the customers they were serving; it was unpleasant.
