Asia and Africa

In Asia and Africa, the activity has focused on highlighting the leadership and strength of the team through initiatives that inspire personal development:

  • Sri Lanka: The Hotel Riu Sri Lanka was attended by the renowned Sri Lankan actress Dulika Marapana, who shared insights on personal development. Furthermore, the Human Resources team delivered leadership sessions focused on the balance between family and work life.
  • Mauritius: In the hotels in Mauritius, the focus was on connection and recognition. Our colleagues enjoyed a day of camaraderie with music and gourmet appetisers, where each received a rose and a personalised card as a symbol of their dedication to the Riu family.
