A fulfilled dream for Luis Riu, the CEO of RIU Hotels & Resorts: 40 years after his first visit to San Francisco, the hotel chain he leads with his sister, Carmen Riu, has purchased the Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman’s Wharf for 290 million US dollars. This is one of the most important operations in the group’s history.
