We once again had a wonderful stay at this old hotel, we had a lovely room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and beach,. which is absolutely beautiful . Bottle of champagne awaiting us in the room upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Enjoyed the buffet,, which was quite varied, always found something nice to eat. Big shout out to CRISTEA (unsure of the spelling) he works around the pool and does everything for everyone, so very helpful and is an asset to the hotel. Entertainment was good most nights , our favourite was the guitar man (al basil) so very talented. And a big thank you to Pedro who kept our drinks topped up. We really hope the hotel doesn’t change to much after the refurbishment it’s seems to have its own very unique style. Thanks to all the reception staff , they all do a great job , and help in any situation they can, We will be back without a doubt. 🙏

Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Great staff, as always, at all levels within the organisation. Fantastic food in both the buffet restaurant and the wonderful Krystal restaurant downstairs. About to undergo a full refurbishment and upgrade to 5 star all-inclusive. My only wish- please don't change the character of this lovely old-fashioned luxury that so many of your regulars love.
