The good: Renovated place, very elegant; we arrived at night and they gave us the room right away, spacious, it was neat, clean, with no issues.
We almost didn't use the pool areas; there were always a lot of people, especially in the one with the bar. The beach area was impeccable, many palm trees, clean white sand, very enjoyable.
The buffet area, normal, nothing is missing, nothing out of this world; for me, it could improve, especially considering how the hotel is categorized.
We used the Cuban Bar a lot, impeccable condition, very good service; the sports bar was the same, nothing to complain about, always clean and fast service.
There is a casino, water park, and nightclub; we didn't attend, so I cannot give an opinion.
Highlight Luis at the beach area, very good service, always willing to help.
Anita in housekeeping, excellent, very good, we never lacked anything, impeccable work.
Francisco at the Cuban bar, also excellent.
In the buffet area, Leonarda, the head server, was excellent, always trying to help; the service from her colleagues was also very good.
To improve personally: the service at the coffee shop and the guy who makes the drinks at night on the side of the theater; it is not the same service as with other guests.
The bad part, if you can even call it that, would be something to improve: when you are in the room, especially between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, staff comes by asking if we need anything. The bad thing is that they knock once and a second later they enter the room, meaning it is very uncomfortable because you could be doing anything and you find that a person enters your room. For me, if you knock and no one answers, even if the sign is not up, they should not enter or at least wait 2 minutes.
In general, the stay was good.
