"One and Done"

The room i had definitely could use a renovation. The mirrors in the bathroom had rust stains on the mirror. Spotted multiple bugs in the room and a roach was wrapped up in the towels. Outlets in the room were not working. And the power went out twice but lasted no longer than 5 minutes. (not extreme but worth mentioning). I kept my luggage zipped the whole time. The Jerk Chicken was the best food on the resort. The breakfast could use some improvement the bacon was either burnt or way undercooked and the French toast was just toast. Reservations for the Steakhouse has to be made the day of. I was given the incorrect time they start to take reservations and waited in line for over an hour.Enjoyed the pools on the quiet side. Staff was nice and accommodating. I did take the shuttle to the casino with husband. It was nice and quaint. They do offer party life and a party side of the resort. There was alot of young adults at this resort. There are times when you are walking through the resort and you may get a whiff of a smell like sewage. They also have about 4 cats on the resort. Would I come back probably not.

Our 3 week holiday to Riu Republica was fantastic from day one.From reception staff,waiter staff,bar staff,waitress staff and managment all went above and beyond our expections. Entertainment team were exceptional and a special thankyou to Angelo,Nels,Ramon,Samual,Oneila,Esmeralda,Dennis,George and Sam.All of the above went beyond our expections and made are holiday one of the best ever.
