"Local Senegal tour guide dou dou with Perfect day tour"
If you’re visiting Senegal, I highly recommend Dou Dou as your tour guide! ( Perfect day tour) He made our week so memorable, and we felt safe and well looked after throughout. From seeing the lions and exploring Dakar and Gorée Island to visiting Niange orphanage and taking a boat trip through the mangroves, we made memories we’ll never forget. Thank you, Dou Dou, for helping us experience so much of Senegal. We’d happily book with you again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"GREAT FAMILY HOLIDAY"
we initially had issues upon arrival with the total balance that was due and ended up paying an extra 180 euro because they do not accept euro in cash only CFA and they use a very low exchange rate. also the water park was not open for the first few days along with the swim up pool bar which was closed for the whole holiday due to construction. The restaurant food was good we only managed to book 2 out of the 3 available due to them being closed on sundays Yassa restaurant the food was nice dessert was on the poor side. Drinks served at the bar is very cheap and local alcohol you will only get named brands like Gordon's gin and red label whiskey once you know its there and ask for it, also no control on the cocktails in very small glass with high level of alcohol so sometime not even drinkable as too strong. Night time entertainment was very bad once it is over lights are shut off and you are left in the dark, there is a night club on site which plays good music. the beach bar pepis is not that great same food everyday and no choices for vegetarians other than a slice of cheese. the pool bar which plays music plays the same 10 songs all day everyday when asking the staff to change they simply say im using my phone and have no internet to change it. so we took our own speaker to the pool and played for ourself. the water park was great for the kids and even the adults had fun, the Asian restaurant is the best out of them all we had a birthday celebration and they bake a cake for my mother free of charge and it was delicious. rooms are great we have Seaview good balcony great view, comfy beds good AC and fan great shower except some mornings there was no hot water.
