They still have to change some things, like smoking in the pool and hammock areas since it is prohibited, people do not care if you are with children or if you are simply next to them, the hotel staff does not say anything to them since they smoke in front of entertainers, private security and maintenance staff and nobody there tells them anything, it would be convenient even if they know it to put up signs that smoking is prohibited in that area in case it is not clear to people yet, the night entertainment ends too early at 23:00, at least at 23:30 or 23:45, buffet food at the snack bar is basic, always the same, I don't know, some cake in the afternoon, sponge cake, potato chips that are the packaged type, nuts, in the restaurants they repeat many meals in a row, please change the bread toasters, spotless cleaning, friendly staff, paid parking, I do not understand it when you leave the car on the street it suffers the same and I do not think anyone is watching that parking 24 hours a day for you to pay for it, long lines at reception and that you check out at 12:00 and check in at 15:00 I see it as absurd like in all hotels, something that they should change but I doubt it,

Very pleasant hotel with good facilities. There is no lack of food, but it should be a little more varied. The staff was always very friendly.
