Hotel Riu Palace Oasis

We stayed here at the beginning of August and were welcomed by very friendly and helpful reception staff. The room we were given was beautiful, clean and tidy, with a very good overall standard. We had booked half board, which included both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a huge selection and pretty much everything you could wish for. The same was true for dinner. Every day there was a great variety of pasta, meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as a fantastic dessert buffet. The hotel has several restaurants to choose from, two of which need to be booked in advance. There are also three pool areas to choose from, and thankfully we never experienced any stress or competition when it came to finding a sunbed. The location is also excellent. The beach is just a stone’s throw away and can be reached directly through a private hotel exit. Along the beachfront, just outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of lovely restaurants and a shopping area. This makes it very easy to pick up food, drinks or other refreshments before heading to the beach. The only thing that was slightly disappointing for us was the gym. It is probably perfectly fine for guests who mainly want to run or do cardio, but unfortunately, the equipment available for strength training is quite limited. This is definitely an area where we feel the hotel has room for improvement. Another option could be for the hotel to arrange a partnership with a local gym for its guests. For anyone looking for a proper strength-training gym nearby, we can highly recommend Titan Gym. However, this is only a small issue compared with our overall experience. All in all, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel, the food, the location and, not least, the friendly staff made our holiday truly enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back! My son (9) and I were at the Oasis from 7/26/2026-08/02/2026. I had researched hotels for a long time to find a suitable hotel for me and my son. This hotel exceeded my expectations in all categories. I used to work in the hotel industry myself and speak from experience behind the scenes as well. Hotel highlights: Luxurious · Beautiful view · Quiet · Family-friendly · Good Value for money Rooms: high-quality equipped rooms. Everything you need is available. For us, simply TOP. Activities nearby: Directly on the promenade and the beach. Public transportation nearby. Safety: The location and hotel showed no shortcomings in this regard. Walkability: Promenade, beach, supermarket, public transportation Simply top Food and drinks: We were totally satisfied. 100% never exists, but they met our 95% = 100% in terms of selection and quality. Notable points: It is a great family hotel even if you are looking for some peace and quiet. For us they were TOP and we will come back in 2 years, then with our friends.
