Hotel Riu Bravo 4*

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. In the restaurant, the tables are cleared very quickly, and the staff is also very friendly and polite. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and the beds are always neatly made. If something runs out, it is always replenished... It's a bit of a shame that there wasn't a bottle of water or a jug in the fridge, as this could always be refilled at the soda/water dispenser. Coffee facilities would also be nice. (Or a kettle would be indicated) This would be an added value. There was also decisive action against drunk men. They were firmly removed from the restaurant and escorted to their room to sober up. The hotel is located in the outskirts of Mallorca. Sometimes some disturbing night noise, but generally slept wonderfully. The night noise also mainly came from the street, so if the windows are closed you won't be bothered by it. Quite a popular neighborhood for Germans. So very often drunk German tourists on the street and beach.

Despite its large size, this hotel is quiet. The staff is very kind and was able to give us good information about the activities to do on the island. We were able to rent a car for 3 days in a row in order to visit the island. There is also a bus stop 100m away to reach the Palma Aquarium and the Palma city center (Cathedral). You will find 4 pools. It is sometimes difficult to find a lounge chair, especially when there are people who reserve their lounge chair at 7am in the morning! There is also a gym and a spa and wellness center. The hotel is clean and the meals are good. The room we had for 2 adults and 1 teenager was very good with a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a terrace on which there is a drying rack for pool or beach towels. The fine sand beach is 200m away. The seafront is lively, especially in the evening when there are many people partying and drinking a little too much.
