"Fantastic"
Reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, Carlos and Claudio were fantastic. The hotel is so clean, and rooms are well appointed and cleaned to a great standard. The buffet restaurant is great, with a good variety of food, and always cooked well. Spices was nice but it is essentially a buffet restaueant with less variety than the main buffet. The pools are kept clean and presentable, and the gardens are always well tended. All the bars are good with great service. The staff are amazing and all helpful. The entertainment was ok. There was always a management prence in the hotel. We found the all inclusive good for us, we only tend to drink alcohol with our meals, so it suited us, and they do not skimp on alcohol. I did not understand why we had to pay a deposit for towels, the card system in all other Rius works well. My only negative is no water, or kettle in the room. We did manage an upgrade in the second week to a pool villa, which we found to be perfect. Overall the hotel is really very good with a good location. Many thanks to all staff.

Excellent stay, as always in Riu hotels! The staff is very welcoming and very pleasant, the food is varied and good, we will choose another destination for our next vacation, but we already know that it will be in a Riu hotel!
