Hotel Riu Bravo 4*

On arrival perfect , arrived at room no air conditioning, broken chair on terrace, and black out curtain broken big hole in it , all sorted in the end , but simple issue like this should not happen in a 4 star hotel , pool staff 5 stars , restaurant staff 5 stars , but 6 stars to the lady who served the drinks at the front of the restaurant, she was always happy ,kind and polite , ( give the lady a paye rise , every cleaning maid was polite , pool area requires updating not all but many umbrellas where well in need of replacing and some of the sun loungers where left hanging around when they should have been replaced , a little more effort and you might get 4 star plus ratings, this review is in no whey stating that I didn’t have a good time , I had a very good time and would return ,

Absoutely amazing Hotel, we had a great stay (4 adults). Thank you so much to the team here for all your hard work. Breakfast was just the best plus lots of variety at lunch and dinner catering to our vegetarian requirements. There seems to be a lot of German guests at this hotel and around the location which did not bother us at all. Although I was not expecting so much smoking and vaping around the pool. We had 6th floor rooms which were lovely for the view and close to lift although at times lifts did get busy. Beach was just a few steps away, an all round excellent place.
