How can I cancel a reservation?
Step by step guide
Go to the reservations page on our website.
Click on the 'cancel a reservation' button just under the hotel search box.
After that, insert the reservation ID and the e-mail address you provided when you made the reservation.
After clicking on the 'send' button, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
We recommend that you check the cancellation policy of the reservation before, as the cancellation conditions may vary.
Are there cancellation costs?
Yes. If you cancel outside the time limit (between 7 or 10 days depending on the market), there is a charge of 1 night. At the time of making the reservation, we will inform you of the cancellation time limits that apply to you.
