Difficult for the hotel to manage maximum capacity. Higher number of guests, lower quality of service.

Check guests into rooms earlier; one arrives early to make the most of the time and has to wait up to 3-4 hours for the room. Put a mat in the slide area; the floor gets boiling hot with the heat and is slippery. The method for booking dinner reservations at restaurants is in very poor taste; having to go before 7 am on VACATION is not right, and to top it off, one person per room has to go; we were 3 families and it is very bad to have to send 3 people down to book the same thing. Soda fountains and drinks that are more accessible for self-service without having to wait for the waiter; leave the waiters for prepared drinks. I go for a beer and have to wait for 6 to 8 kids' sodas in front of me; I think more accessible soda fountains would speed that up. Other than that, everything was very good with the hotel and the staff's service.
