Riu Karamboa: Adults Only all inclusive

As you know, at RIU we are renovating our hotels to guarantee you the high-quality service you deserve when you stay at one of our resorts. This time it is the turn of the Riu Karamboa, which has been completely refurbished!

Even after the remodelling, the hotel has retained its essence thanks to the domes that crown its buildings and which are so characteristic. But inside it’s a totally different hotel! Now its facilities have a fresh, bold look, with features that are typical of the destination, imbuing the hotel with a stunning elegance.

Adults Only in Cape Verde

But that’s not all! In addition to having a radical facelift, this hotel has become Adults Only, completing the RIU offer in Boa Vista. So now you know, if you are looking for greater privacy, whether you come as a couple or with friends, this is the ideal hotel.

There’s even more! On top of all these updates, we have added a little extra fun. Now every Friday the hotel’s theatre will be the venue for the famous Riu Party, where all guests will be able to enjoy impressive staging with the hottest music as the main attraction.  It is a fantastic event that guests at the Riu Palace Boavista hotel can also enjoy. There are no limits to the fun.

Splash Water World

And if that’s not enough, here’s another great new attraction for the more adventurous! The hotel has recently incorporated a Splash Water World, where you can explore your most daring side by plunging down the water slides. Feel the adrenaline!

Now that you have seen all the new features of this completely refurbished hotel, it’s time to reveal the biggest change!

A completely new lobby

The moment you walk in you will be met by a lobby flooded with natural light, thanks to the large central skylight that shares the stage with the exotic interior garden. The atmosphere is now much cooler, giving the customer a sense of the destination as soon as they step through the door.

921 bedrooms

The rooms are now decorated in a modern style and feature paintings depicting typical Cape Verdean scenes. They also boast warm colours that give the rooms a cosy feel. Space where relaxation is assured

Restaurant area

This is one of the hotel areas that has changed the most. We should point out that two additional restaurants have been added to the offer, the à la carte Kulinarium and an Italian restaurant. There are also two new pool-bars! And next to these are two Pepe’s food snack bars!

The main restaurant and the Japanese eatery are now elegant and modern and although the Las Dunas beach bar is in the same building with its characteristic domes, the entire interior has been redecorated. 

Now you can enjoy the hotel’s gastronomic offer in unbeatable venues!

Outdoor area

This area has undergone a radical change! With three new swimming pools, one of which is for entertainment. And as we mentioned before, there is a brand new Splash Water World. To top this off, the sunbed area has been enlarged and given a complete makeover!
