Every stay at a RIU hotel allows you to earn points per member, per night*, regardless of where the booking was made, who paid for it, or the total cost of the stay.
You can earn points for every night that you, your partner, and your children (beneficiaries) stay at a RIU hotel. If you are travelling with family or friends who are not beneficiaries, they are also welcome to join RIU Class, earn their own points, and transfer them between accounts if they wish. *
Yes, you do.By booking directly with RIU Class, you not only accumulate points for your stays, but you can also earn points on the total amount of your stay*.
Simply complete the pre-check-in via “My Bookings” or identify yourself with your RIU Class account number upon arrival at the hotel*, and you will be able to use your points to cover additional expenses during your stay, such as laundry services, room upgrades, or late check-out.
Your RIU Class account does not expire. However, should there be no activity on your account for a period of four consecutive years, your points will automatically expire. *
