Riu Buenavista: the before and after of a grand hotel

The hotel Riu Buenavista located in Adeje, in the south of Tenerife, opened its doors a fortnight ago after its complete renovation. At its opening it surprised everyone with beautiful, renovated facilities fully prepared for your visit. As its name suggests, the views from the hotel are spectacular and haven’t changed since the renovations, take a look!

Such views deserved to be accompanied by beautiful facilities, hence the rest of its areas have changed entirely and, as usual, we want to show off a little and give you an insight of the before and after of this marvellous building located on the sea front. Now wherever you look, the scenery is spectacular. You´ll be taken aback!

Lobby

The first thing you see when arriving at the hotel is the spectacular Lobby with its own personality. Now it is much brighter and will transmit a feeling of peace and light as soon as you walk through the door. Apart from being much bigger, it has a large central plaza that will be the main spot where most of the hotel’s activity will take place.

Bedrooms

We know that your rest during the holidays is important, and although you will feel at home as soon as you set foot in the lobby, the rooms have all the necessary amenities and will provide everything you need for your stay. The hotel has 542 bright rooms decorated in natural colours that will help you relax as soon as you put down your suitcases.

All the bathrooms have a more modern, comfortable and accessible decoration with large showers. If you like singing in the shower, you will feel like you are on stage.

Restaurants

Rest is very important, but satisfying your appetite is too. Rest assure this is covered thanks to our 24-hour All-Inclusive service that allows you to enjoy the Riu Buenavista restaurants among there are: the main restaurant “Yaiza”, the Asian restaurant “Mandalay”, the Italian restaurant “Dolce Vita” and the swimming pool restaurant “Atlantico” which is also themed, as well as three bars. All within modern facilities! In the renovated main restaurant you can also relax on its beautiful terrace.

Outdoor areas

In its outdoor area the premises has several solariums and six new spectacular swimming pools, one of which is for adults only, another is an infinity pool, and two are specially for children.

Kids can also have fun at the RiuLand Club where there is everything to let their imaginations run wild. Adults can now enjoy the RiuFit area, a multi-sport court and a beach volley-ball area. Yes that´s right, there’s nothing missing.
