Do you know all the options RIU can offer you?

In our previous post we briefly summarised RIU’s history and initial steps. You now know the important moments that marked a before and after for this chain. We would now love to introduce you to all the options available for your holidays, which, although created over the years, have always made sure to retain the chain’s ethos. Are you familiar with them all?

Whether you are looking to visit the big cities or to relax on the beach, RIU is the only option for you. Thanks to its two lines of hotels, both alternatives are available to you:

1.      Riu Plaza

Modernity and elegance are the two words that best define this category of hotel that started out in 2010 with the unveiling of our first hotel in Panama and which have slowly been increasing their presence in other destinations. If you prefer to spend a few days visiting major cities you can do all this with RIU, given that the hotels are also perfectly located in the centre of the city, making them the ideal choice for tourism.

However, these are not just hotels for holidaymakers. One of the advantages and main features of this line of hotels is that you can hold your business events in them too. 2.      Beach destinations

These hotels maintain all of RIU’s high standards but are a slightly more sophisticated line of hotels. With this category of hotel, RIU seeks to offer its guests added luxury and excellence along with relaxation. In terms of the food and drinks, the guests of these hotels will find a much more refined selection both in the restaurants and the bars.

This is the elegant and sophisticated appearance of the Riu Palace Oasis hotel.

If you would like to spend a few days enjoying time with your partner, you can choose the Adults Only option, which is available in the Palace and Classic line of hotels. Only guests over the age of 18 can stay at these hotels, such as the Riu Palace Macao hotel or the Riu Palace Baja California hotel. The entertainment provided at these hotels is designed for adults and includes a wide variety of activities both in the daytime and in the evening.
